Extended warranties

All Westek products come with a two-year warranty as standard, allowing customers access to our free help desk and customer support. In the event of a failure, our team will work closely with customers to help reduce any down time and avoid costly delays.


Our Support Services

On-site support

Our experienced technicians are security vetted and are available both within and outside of the UK. Hardware support contracts are available to our UK customers, guaranteeing a response within an agreed timeframe. Our out of office hours support services provides contact with a Westek engineer on a 24/7 basis.

Project lifecycle Support

Westek understands that the lifespan of projects can extend 10+ years into the future. With the technology industry moving at an ever-increasing pace, critical components can go end of life before projects end. To ensure minimal disruption from changing parts mid-way through projects, Westek can provide an obsolescence management service tailored to meet your specific needs.

Design support

Full customer design and manufacturing services are available, including designs for special environmental and electromagnetic requirements and proprietary form factors. Our design team can provide system specifications and 3D models for design approval, prototyping services and project management aligned to customer’s review structure.
