Are you supporting future talent?

Yesterday Wendy Dorkin (Assoc CIPD) and James Pickles CMgr represented Westek Technology Ltd at the St Laurence School Academy Trust Careers Fair.

It was a superb day providing awareness of career opportunities in a STEM business, but with the aim to open eyes to all subjects that are applicable to business.

The students were a joy to spend time with who asked great questions and with some impressive knowledge of computer technology.

It is key we tackle the talent gap and there is no better place to start then upstream by planting seeds of opportunity!
