We’ve had our first company away day where we spent time reviewing, discussing and moulding our values as a company. This was a collaborative effort between everyone at Westek and we are excited to present our core values:

1. Act like owners, each team member in the business takes ownership for our work.
2. Do what we say, each team member is devoted to acting with integrity and in the best interests of the business.
3. Respect everyone, the team will always be honest and respectful of each other.
4. Team approach always. We believe that no individual wins on their own, we are here to collaborate.
5. Drive excellence, as a team and as individuals we will hold ourselves to the highest standards.
6. Differentiate through innovation, we challenge each team member to think differently and work together to stretch the boundaries to provide the solution.

Whilst some of these values may seem obvious, quite often in companies they can be forgotten or deprioritised. At Westek we believe that by adhering to these values we will make a positive movement within our sector. In fact, we are so proud that we will be putting our core values on our walls.
